The 5th Tbilisi International Short Film Festival “Diogene – Tbilisi – Odessa” has now moved to the next stage. For the summer season of 2024, 256 films out of 588 films were screened in the first stage; In the second stage, the commission consisting of three representatives of the Ukrainian side selected 64 films participating in the main competition.
