1TV Georgian Radio:
The 2nd Tbilisi International Short Film Festival “Diogenes 2021” will be traditionally held online.
Up to 1000 applications have been submitted from more than 90 countries to participate in the festival.
It is planned to hold several educational workshops, which will help popularize Georgian cinematography all over the world.
