A Slight Change in Festival Schedule
Friends, there has been a slight change in our festival schedule.
Instead of Haifa, the fourth stage of the festival will be held in Jerusalem on the same dates as it was and is scheduled for Haifa.
6th Tbilisi International Internet Festival of Short Films “Diogenes 2025” (Tbilisi – Odessa – Tallinn – Jerusalem)
Slogan: “New Horizons, Creative Boldness, and Innovation”
The International Online Short Film Festival “Diogenes 2025” will unfold across four seasons:
1.”Diogenes Odesa”
2. “Diogenes Tbilisi”
3.”Diogenes Tallinn”
4.”Diogenes Jerusalem”
Films will be accepted starting January 15th
Submission Deadlines:
- “Diogenes-Odesa”: May 15, 2025
- “Diogenes-Tbilisi”: August 15, 2025
- “Diogenes-Tallinn”: October 15, 2025
- “Diogenes-Jerusalem”: November 15, 2025
Film Submission Requirements:
- Eligible films must be produced in 2024 or later.
- Film duration (including credits) must not exceed 21 minutes.
- Accepted genres: Fiction, Documentary, Animated, Musical (non-music videos), and Experimental films.
- Innovative formats, such as vertical cinema, and films with bold, meaningful creativity are highly encouraged.
- Each filmmaker can submit up to two films.
