Diogenes Film Festival
A unique and very good initiative, probably unprecedented and important for the festival and movie lovers.
This year we are starting close cooperation with the penitentiary system, where we are talking about participation in the international short film festival “Diogenes” of inmates in evaluating films from the competition program and holding seminars and workshops about cinema in this system.

The author of the story is Tamuna Jalagonia.
“Balcony City” is the only novel of Valerian (Nikoloz) Gabashvili, which he wrote in his youth. With this novel, the writer erected a monument in Georgian prose to Tbilisi of the 19th century, with its distinctive color and numerous historical and fictional characters.
