The International Jury

Giorgi Razmadze – holds a PhD in Arts. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of Kin-O, the magazine of the Georgian National Film Center. He also served as the invited Editor-in-Chief of Filmprint magazine. Currently, he works as a researcher at the Dimitri Janelidze Scientific-Research Institute at Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University, where he is also a visiting lecturer. His primary focus is on the theory and history of cinema, with a special interest in experimental cinema and new media. He is also a lecturer at multiple universities.
Giorgi Razmadze has presented papers at approximately 30 conferences, both locally and internationally, and has published a similar number of scientific articles. He has also been a keynote speaker at several conferences and forums. Giorgi Razmadze’s work includes two monographs (Experimental Cinema, 2025; Georgian Film Studies in Historical Context, 2020), co-authorship of a textbook, and co-editing a collection publication. Giorgi Razmadze was invited as a jury member to various film festivals in Georgia and abroad.

Angelo Vicente Lombardo Neuman
I am 23 years old, and I was born in Venezuela in a city called Puerto Cabello. I spent a significant part of my school life there, where I developed a great appreciation for animation. However, I never had the opportunity to learn it at that time, while I was living in Venezuela. In 2018, I arrived in the United States with my parents and younger sister, where I began attending College Station High School. There, I developed a great passion for animation and finally had the opportunity to develop my skills and learn about it. After much effort, I graduated in 2021 with honors (cum laude), graduated from high school, and started my studies right away at Blinn College, where I spent two years before transferring to Sam Houston State University in 2024. Currently, I am majoring in animation at Sam Houston State University, where I continue to learn and improve every day.

Tamar (Tata) Zandukeli –
A student of the Film Studies Faculty at Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film State University.
She is an active participant in student conferences and has published works in the student newspaper “Duruji” and on the Georgian-English website “Georgian Film Review.” She has completed an internship at “Indigo” magazine.

Yonatan Rinenberg
I was born in Jerusalem, to a family of repatriates from the USSR, father from Tbilisi, mother from St. Petersburg. I study cinema at the art school in Jerusalem, and animation in “Wild Kids” studio. More than anything I’m fascinated with animation and experimental cinema. Right now I’m working on an animation project I’m animating and directing.
